Human Resources
The consistent application of a professional graphic identity across Yale administrative departments will help unify the communication efforts of these offices and enhance the authority and clarity of administrative messages.

Illustrated in these pages for reference are recent graphic design projects created for HR units. In addition to clear and consistent typography, these publications feature photos of Yale staff at work now available from a growing archive of staff photos.

Human Resources – Benefits

The annual benefits overview booklets are color coded for each employee group. A pocket folder has two letter size flaps for collecting presentation materials and assorted benefits program literature is printed one color with various tints as needed for various programs.

Procurement 

This group includes a presentation pocket folder with overlapped slots for up to five program brochures and a letter size flap on the left for supporting materials. Individual brochures are economically designed to be printed on demand by copier on a prepared blue shell.

The fonts used throughout these pieces are Minos, Minit and The Sans. Fonts and Quark Express desk top publishing templates can be supplied on request to RIS or other graphic designers working on administration projects. View PDF Sample here
