Holiday 2000 Get-together
Here are
some snaps from Kip's party in Manhattan.

Kip and Cousin Patti are looking through Susan Morey's wedding
album. Susan and Michael Rodriguez were there but apparently
didn't manage to get within camera range this afternoon.
Jim and Karen, planning to travel to Ireland in March, were
able to get some good travel pointers from Dublin cousin Jim
Bartlett. (see below)

was taken the day after Kip's holiday party (2000). Family
might want to know the relationship so here goes.

Thomas
Burke (c.1844-1933) was a brother to Grandma Fitz (Catherine
Burke Fitzgerald). He married late and had three children.
He was 72 when Eugene was born! Eugene Burke had one
daughter, Florrie who married Jim Bartlett and had three
children, Philip, Ruth and Natasha. Eugene died in 1998
and Florrie in 1999.
Jim
Bartlett and the girls live in Dublin and have made
a few trips to US. Philip works for Aer Lingus, Ruth
in an office in Dublin and Natasha is still in school
and wants to study law. So you see they are cousins.
Thomas Burke was the last in the family to own and live
in the cottage in Garrywadreen.
